Day One:

We look forward to meeting you! Upon entering our office we will request that you complete our patient forms if you have not done so ahead of time. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Grabouski to discuss your health-related issues and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Grabouski to learn more about you, your condition, and  expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.

After the consultation, Dr. Grabouski will perform a new patient examination. Depending on your specific condition, we may take x-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any spinal conditions.

At the conclusion of your initial appointment, you can choose to receive an adjustment. Dr. Grabouski utilizes a gentle, effective adjustment technique that is safe for patients of all ages.

Day Two:

On your second visit, Dr. Grabouski will review your exam and x-ray results, as well as discuss your care plan. Every patient is unique, therefore everyone receives a customized care plan that includes specific treatments, frequency, and cost.

Dr. Grabouski may also suggest a wellness program to incorporate outside of treatment, which may include ice or heat application instructions, certain activities or positions to avoid, and at home exercises and/or stretches. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

This visit will conclude with an adjustment and you will be on your path to wellness.

Day Three & Beyond:

Further visits will follow your individual care plan. These visits are meant to halt your symptoms, reduce pain, and correct your problem. If at any point during your care plan Dr. Grabouski feels your condition may benefit from care with other providers, we are happy to provide recommendations.

Our ultimate goal is to help our patients live a pain-free life!
